Hotel was newly renovated so looks clean. Bed is comfortable. But housekeeping standards/ SOP needs to be ironed out as my room wasn't cleaned despite the house keeping alert light being switched on. Saw staff wiping food from breakfast table onto the ground and simply left them there.
Restaurants and bar was great! Food and service at both was also awesome especially with Jithin at Far & East. I fell sick and Rachel from Customer experience was very helpful in getting me medication. Also bumped into hotel GM in the lift and his service recovery and following up with hospitality feedback was great.

My wife and I would like to say a huge thank you to Rueben and his amazing team for making our anniversary weekend so special at the Four Seasons Bengaluru. The service was flawless, the design impressive and rooms most comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the large outdoor pool, the friendly breakfast experience (Akshay was a star!), Rachel's warm welcome on reception, and dinner at Far & East on the top floor where we returned for a second night as the prawns were so good!
This hotel is one of the best we have ever stayed at and we look forward to when we can return. A huge thank you to the whole team for making our visit so memorable.

I had a great stay at four seasons Bengaluru . The staff from welcoming me at reception to room service and even by the pool and in restaurants were absolutely the best I had ever come across . They were the most courteous and humble and always willing to help at just one message . I never felt it’s my first time here . Keeping in mind the grandeur of this hotel the Room service was the best as it could ever be . I Would definitely come back again very soon. Keep up the great work .

The hotel, the property, and rooms are beautiful. The outlets were all immediately usable without using adapters. The shower pressure was great and the control was push button to turn the shower on and off. It was the easiest to work. The pool area was serene and beautiful. The delicious plentiful buffet breakfast was included and you could also order food as well.the service was over the top and everyone was very nice. Best value of any luxury hotel we have stayed at!

I booked a Deluxe room for my Mum and I, as a treat for her birthday. The room was spacious, open, with a really comfortable bed and a fantastic city view. The bathroom was splendid. The decor was elegant and tasteful. The buffet breakfast and dinner was great, with an impressive range of food. The Signature cocktails are worth a try.
By and large, however, it was the fantastic service we received that we will remember. Checking in was seamless at the front desk. The restaurant staff were extremely friendly and ready to offer tips and suggestions. The spa therapist was really nice with my Mum's facial. Given my Mum casually revealed to her spa therapist that it was her birthday, we were surprised by a delicious dark chocolate mousse birthday cake turning up at our room couple of hours later.
That was a very thoughtful and kind gesture; and it made my Mum very happy.
Overall, we definitely recommend staying here for the food, atmosphere, and professional service. We wish we could have stayed longer. Someday, we hope to be back again. :)

An amazing place to stay. Close to the airport. Check-in was smooth and the front desk explained all the benefits i had with my booking. Both Mahesh and Pulkit were very professional. Pulkit was extremely patient during my checkout. The best part was the Spa. Simply amazing. Got body massages and facial done by Tenzin, Thari and Asha. I wish I could stay here longer just to get more head massages from Tenzin!! She's fantastic.
The view from the rooftop restaurant Copitas is nice. We had some awesome cocktails and the staff and manager at the restaurant are very friendly and welcoming. We got to taste so many of their cocktail concoctions at no charge. Great place to have a relaxing evening.
Breakfast buffet at Cur8 is very comprehensive and amazing. A huge spread with all possible foods you can think of. South indian delicacies are out of this world.
Last but not the least, we got upgraded to the premium room on the 15th floor. Very nice and super spacious.
Overall, it was a great stay. We will come back.

We spent 5 nights here for a staycation and babymoon. We loved our entire stay here! Everyone of staff went out out of the way to make us feel comfortable. The room was beautiful with everything you needed. The food was fantastic. The pool was kept clean and the spa was good as well. We definitely would stay here again!

Too much hoop jumping to get checked in, including a 6000 rupee deposit that they don’t return for 7 days. Why do they need to see my passport? I have a drivers license issued by the state of California. Staff seem to regurgitate some sort of learned script, everything over explained to the point of confusion and utter exasperation on my part. Doormen don’t speak English. Pool bar advertised yet unavailable. Restaurant bar had a selection of exactly two beers. Both bad ones.) Staff are largely unfamiliar with the etiquette of a 5 star hotel. Also they don’t know to operate a French press. Had to ring them 3 times to get a properly prepared pot of coffee. This is all in the 1 short night I spent there. Checked in about 9 PM Checked out at 4 AM. Among the most disturbing hotel experiences of my life. Will not book a Four Seasons hotel anywhere in the world again. (Ironically the hotel was recommended by the Expedia travel specialist I spoked to as a result of another issue. I’ll be writing a revealing email to the GM of the hotel. His name is Frederik Blomqvist and (apparently) his email address is [email protected]. Even that doesn’t make sense. I suspect they lied about the email address. Entirely nightmarish.

Outstanding customer service and always the best guest experience. Can't be compared to other hotel chains; Four Seasons is a home, where everyone is looking after you and your needs, they are a family. Definitely the best stay in Bangalore and everywhere around the globe. Stay with Four Seasons!
