Clean, spacious, well connected hotel. But there was mold on walls in the bathroom. Shower was leaky. And rooms are not exactly sound-proof as advertised.

The place was excellent, staff was ok. The breakfast was good. We had dinner at the restaurant but food was horrible. It is safe and in a nice area

Excellent stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. The service exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

I feel very comfortable recommending this hotel. It was well located near the Medina and the rooms were very comfortable. The hotel is very attractive and the staff was helpful. The only reason I did not give five stars to the staff is because we had to ask housekeeping for an extra blanket a couple times. But really they were generally very friendly and helpful as well. This hotel was great.
