This hotel is excellent all around. The rooms are extremely comfortable and clean w/ cable and nice bathrooms (compared to many other places I stayed in Nepal). Considering that this hotel is located on a very busy street and I was a bit worried about noise, it surprisingly quiet and I slept very well. The staff is very attentive and will ensure that you are happy at all times. Kareeba, at the front desk will go above and beyond to make you feel welcome - but each and every staff member will go above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable and enjoy your stay. The rooftop restaurant/bar is very good and I enjoyed my meals there very much. A very relaxing place to sit and read or just have a drink while watching the hustle and bustle below. Delicious Dal Bhat and curry. Also, they will organize you any tour/trek that you are interested in for a reasonable price and will tailor the trip to your liking. I booked a day trip to visit around Kathmandu and it made it so easy to see everything I wanted to see on my own schedule. I also organized a 10 day trek through them which was wonderful. Upon ending my trek, I stayed with them again. This hotel can organize your entire trip from beginning to end and ensure that it is easy, seamless, enjoyable and safe (I traveled as a solo female). Staff was friendly and helpful in accomodating our travel plans. The rooftop restaurant was peaceful and had great food.
