Hotel nice and modern. Studio quite small and induction hob tricky to use. Sent hotel a couple of emails and received no response whatsoever, waiting over a week now. Soundproofing not great as noise still audible on third floor

Traveled with 3 people. The hotel was clean and updated. Unfortunately no gym at this location, like shared in the pictures & the downstairs coffee machine did not work most of the time. You have to pay for coffee at the front desk around 2-4 euros, it would have been nice if it was complimentary. Overall staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was a plus.

The lift wasn't working so the host made us a cup of tea while we waited! So good.

Receptionists were all good, very attentive! The place is close to good bars and restaurants. It’s quiet, too!

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. It was quiet and comfortable. We were located close to shopping and restaurants and many beautiful landmarks.

Overall was great. Only issue was there was no air-conditioning nor ceiling fan. The stand alone fan was very loud.

We loved this place. The nicest staff guides you in every way. They are eager to assist, even with a whats app chat to communicate. It’s a small little place but super central and walkable. On the corner of Dublin Castle! Full amenities in the room, too. Truly a lovely stay.

Hotel is very new, rooms and facilities are clean and well kept. Hotel is within walking distance to many pubs and restaurants as well as the Temple Bar area. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

The room/apartment was a little smaller than expected, but other than that everything was excellent. the apartment was clean and tidy and the bathroom/shower facilities were excellent. One small observation was that there was no paper towels in the kitchen. not a major concern as there was a dish cloth and drying towel, but it would be a recommendation that they add that.

It was located in a great spot for walking to the attractions we wanted to see or to transportation to things we wanted to do. The staff and manager were friendly and always very helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were in a heat wave for Dublin so the room was quite warm even with the fan and the quilt on the bed was too much. I would still highly recommend this property.

Lovely stay for three nights. Location was perfect, very central. Room was good, and had everything you need. Window didn’t open, but there was a good air unit in the room which was perfect, and kept the room cool on a warm day. The building was lovely as safe, as you had to scan your keycard to get in. Also the staff - they were all absolutely lovely and couldn’t be more helpful.

We had a great experience with our stay. Expedia accidentally requested a handicap accommodated room and the manager Vlad did a fantastic job helping us switch to a normal room. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The staff were amazing and let us check in early after a long day of travelling, and also let us store our bags. The room was very comfortable with a large bed and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. It was close to great dining options and bars. We would definitely stay there again.

Very clean modern apartment and budget friendly

The staff was wonderful. From check-in to check-out, coffee in the morning and guidance around the area, they were great. The room itself was odd. We were in room #1, which is literally right off of the main area. It had 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a VERY small living area. It felt like a remodeled hostel. The common areas (hallway, living room etc) felt uninviting, with cold hard floors, awkwardly heavy doors, and a window which had no covering on it and looked directly into what I believe was an office building. The kitchen/living area was "meh." The couch was uncomfortable and only had seating for 3. The sink was possibly the smallest sink I've ever seen. There weren't enough plates/cups ext for a party of 4. All this said... if you just need a place to crash and want to be within 3 minutes walking to St Patrick's Cathedral, 5 minutes walking to Christ Church Cathedral, 10 minutes walking to some fantastic pubs and restaurants, this would be a great choice!

Great location. Great little suite for a home base while in Dublin. Staff was very friendly, room was clean, shower was amazing, and they provided a dyson fan in the room in place of an AC. Bring from Arizona we always sleep with our room on the colder side, this def did the trick!

Our room was small and lacked normal amenity items for this price: no shampoo, no robes, no in room laundry, no coffee pot other than kettle, very small sink. This was a medium hotel room dressed up as a high priced apartment.

Super clean, bright studio, complete with kitchenette. Walking distance to all the fun in Dublin. Helpful staff makes sure you have everything need for a great stay! Highly recommend

Great location - walkable to most everything in Dublin city. Friendly staff. Nice to have the option to eat breakfast in the room. The cooking facilities are quite compact so doing real cooking would be tough. The room is small but functional. Good shower. Overall, a very good experience

Loved the security of the hotel. Had 2 rooms connected by a door but the electrical appliances only worked in one room which I occupied so we used those. Lastly asked the maid to changed sheets on beds in both rooms but she did not do it. Those 2 were the only issues. Front staff was very helpful all the time.

It was a small well equipped comfortable apartment where you could prepare simple meals. Very well located and the staff were super friendly.
