The customer service is above reproach. The advertisements are misleading their is NO pool NO hot tub or and Breakfast offered at the hotel. The Main lobby was always Blistering hot, but my room was great as for temperature. Over a good stay could have been tons better with some water activities.

I have been staying here for 10 years. Great location great staff and very large rooms. A bit dated but so am I.

The check-in experience was quick and efficient. Customer service in general was excellent. The room and the amenities were basic although the room was spacious.

Hotel is a bit run down but you get a huge room, great location and breakfast included. Can’t complain with what you get for the price the location alone makes it worthy of the price.

The major advantage of this property is location. It is in the prominent area of Angeles city. It is an old building with very poor maintenance. I stayed in the executive room for three nights. The room was spacious with good amenities. However, it was in terrible condition. The room was full of dust, bathtub was dirty, flush tank was broken, and the kettle was very dirty. Ants and cockroaches were in the room. They fixed most things after requests. The rate is comparatively cheap probably due to these problems.

The service is excellent. All the staff are extremely helpful. It’s a very relaxing place . They serve a excellent breakfast. The location is fantastic. I would highly recommend this place .

I will start with some positive comments - location great + available during a busy time and does come with wifi. Other than that - the condition of this place is very poor, in room amenities extremely poor, no drinking water provided and the hotel appears as if there has barely been a dollar spent on maintenance in several years. Rooms can be noisy from outside noise, security is questionable. Staff are nice but also of low standards. This hotel appears there is absolutely no management at all. Even though this is a low cost hotel there is many, many more in the area which are much better for same price range.
