I would give it a 4.9. The only problem I had was that the remote wouldn’t work unless you were 2 feet away from the TV but other than that it was a wonderful stay. Very clean, staff very kind! Would recommend!

The hotel was very clean and in great condition. The cleaning product they used however was a bit strong, and reminded me of a hospital. The location was great with easy access to the highway and had plenty of restaurants nearby, which was needed - as the free breakfast was lacking. Most of the breakfast bar was gone quickly because of a baseball team staying at the hotel. When some other guests complained to the manager, she told them it would not be replenished. "Once it's gone, it's gone. You should have come down earlier". That was not an acceptable answer for a family who obviously booked this hotel with the free breakfast in mind. The hotel should have planned better if they knew they would have hungry baseball players staying there or at least warned guests they better come down early if they wanted a free breakfast.

Hotel is nice & clean. Easy check-in & check-out. Coffee and hot chocolate was available during evening hours which was great because it was cold and we didn't check-in until around 7pm so an evening cup to get warm and settle down was nice! Breakfast was good. A variety of foods from waffles, bacon, sausage, eggs, potatos, biscuit & gravy, muffins, bagels, grits, coffee (decaf, dark, medium roast, juice, etc. Something for eveyone. It was a little noisey on the 2nd floor with people talking loud and walking back & forth. Somebody with kids was above us and the kids were jumping up & down it sounded like late at night and then early morning. Double queen bed room just big enough to accommadate 4 ppl (3 adults, one kid). Bed was comfortable but the pillows didn't seem to be all the same. Mine was squishy and flat, my son's was soft and puffy (thick) so made it harder to get comfortable and my neck was sore by morning. Lved the mini frig and microwave in the room along witht he coffee maker. Bathroom was a nice size and clean. had soap, body wash, shampoo & conditioner travel-sized bottles. Plenty of towels & wash cloths. Overall, it was nice for a one night stay.

We had 8 rooms for 5 nights. Cleaners were amazing attitude. Breakfast came short not enough. Several times would not make extra food. Manager lied saying they were booked solid when we needed just one room for late check out due to implications of flight schedule. would not assist. But hotel was very clean and update. A very good layout.

Enjoyed my stay. My room was very clean, stocked with towels and complimentary soap/body wash/shampoo. They provided complimentary breakfast with a variety of choices. Food was good and they kept it stocked and hot for the guests. I would stay here again.

Initially upon arriving the first impressions were lobby good. I requested a mobility room. It was ok. Clean. But for the money spent disappointed. The heater didn't work so i complained. The next time i asked had it been serviced, was told we have been having problems with several rooms. Eventually i requested to move. I chose to clean my own room only asking for fresh towels and sheets the 1st few day. Because we were tired. The 1st couple of days. I always bring my own cleaning supplies. Having traveled from LA. The problem was probably mine from trying to help and not be demanding. I paid for 9 days. Used 8 days. But left the cleaning sign on my door this particular day. Wow, No service rendered. Was told it was put in system no room service needed for entire stay! Really... Then was told I left a sign that said do not disturb. Not true, When I told them I took a picture before going out. They did Apologize. But room was still dirty. I requested towels. Then we showered and left.

Breakfast was decent, the tv in our room didn’t work, it is supposed to be a no smoking hotel however the smell of marijuana lingered down the halls—thankfully our room was clear of the smell. Overall it was an ok stay.

This place is always top-notch. The people are nice. The rooms are spotless. The facility is perfect! Breakfast is amazing, have the biscuits and gravy! My daughter is at HPU and this is a great distance from campus.

Room #320 had a few issues that could be improved. 1) the toilet seat is cracked and needs to be replaced, 2) the numbers on the thermostat are no longer able to be read clearly as some LED lines are missing, making reading the thermostat difficult, and 3) the television remote worked, but only if standing next to the TV and pointing the remote directly at the infrared sensor. I could turn the TV on/off from the bed, and adjust the volume, but couldn't change the channels unless I was standing right next to the TV. Also, it would be helpful if the hours for the pool went later than 8 p.m., like until 9 or 10 p.m. Everything else was great! Thanks for your help!

When I arrived, I was greeted well and the gentleman at the counter was very friendly. However, one thing he did that is a safety issue is saying the guests room numbers aloud when checking in. I’ve never had the desk to say the room number aloud but the attendant always shows me the number written down on the key. And yes there were other people in the lobby. He also never asked for an ID. The room was prepaid but he didn’t know if we were actually the people who paid for the room. The room was decent, the door to the closet did not open properly neither did the the door to the fridge which was oddly placed behind the bathroom. Speaking of the bathroom, there was no facial tissue (an empty box was on the counter in a room that was supposedly just cleaned) and the shower water was cold for the entire stay. Took forever for the room to warm up even after turning the thermostat to 80. Last but not least, we shared our room with the bug below and the sounds of the people above. The walls are extremely thin. All in all, there are a few more hotels literally a minute down the street that I would choose on my next trip back.

Hair dryer was wonky. The 2 outlets in the bathroom didn’t work. Had to use replacement hairdryer by desk. Fridge FROZE my fruit and veggies. Room Door didn’t close, so if you left you had to pull door hard or if inside, slam your body against it to close. The bathroom had a lot Of paint peeling, caulk peeling etc. All in all not a horrible experience. I will admit, I thought we were getting a suite since I was staying at La Quinta inn & Suites.

Unfortunately, this is the last time I will stay at this property. I’ve stayed here on several other occasions and really enjoyed it. The property is newer and had been well maintained. On this trip, the staff was in a sad state. On my first night, someone attempted to enter my room twice. I called down to the front desk asking if perhaps the room had been mistakenly double assigned. It wasn’t. They laughingly said it was them who’d attempted to enter the room, but offered no explanation. On subsequent days, the room was not cleaned and our keycards were deactivated daily. Upon explaining that our keycards had become deactivated (they were not mistakenly demagnetized each day) and asking why that keeps happening, not only was there no answer for why it was happening, but no effort was made to verify identity or confirm reservation before allowing entry to the room. It didn’t feel secure. As a result of all of this, it won’t be my choice to return to this location.

Meh … not super impressive. This is a fairly new hotel but the poor craftsmanship of the construction show. The carpet between the beds looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed before our stay. The breakfast was a C- at best. It was not a bad stay but just not really impressive for a new hotel.
