The room was very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Location is super near the downtown, like couple streets but more calm & quite area.
The shower's switch didn't work well. And the breakfast was very tasty but I had to wait for it more than 1 hour :(

Very clean, very new, very quiet. Not too far to walk to centre. Breakfast was included at restaurant over the road
This may be a cultural thing but the staff were all young ladies who seemed a bit moody or cold… not particularly welcoming and ‘service with a smile’ seems to be a concept that Moldova hasn’t quite grasped yet

Bed was super comfy and had a really good sleep every night. Location is 10 minutes from the city centre and there are local shops and amenities within walking distance. Gast Haus Restaurant over the road serves breakfast included with your stay and also has a great evening menu. Staff at both Familion and Gast Haus were really friendly and helpful.
The room was mostly clean but the shower could have done with some more attention.

The room was big, and the location was great. Well cleaned and tighty. The bed stood out with great comfort. Just beside the big market in town. You just cross the road to get your breakfast in an own establishment which had different food options and choise of coffee or tea.
The service wasn't great, and it's not a place you would feel welcomed. I didn't have hot water both mornings, so I just showered one's. The walls were thin as paper. Could hear conversations from the neighboring rooms.
