When we arrived, we were checked in a given out key. We went to the room. The door was open with the lock engage so that the door was cracked. The room had not been cleaned. We went back down to the desk. Waited appx 30 plus minutes and was given the last room. It was very late at night. We were already exhausted from the drive.

Probably because there are few employees at the hotel, there is no one at the front counter unless there is something to do. They will come out when you call them. The room was well cleaned, but compared to other SpringHill locations. I wonder if the walls of the hotel in this location are designed to be thin? Starting early in the morning, I could hear the noise of water running in the room above for over an hour, and the sound of children running was noisy. It was so loud that I covered my ears. Also, even when I was in the bathroom, I could hear people in the rooms next door or above. This was the first time something like this had happened at SpringHill Hotel. Other than that, it was a comfortable hotel. The hot water in the shower flowed vigorously and was comfortable to use.

The room had several wet areas on new nightstands. Room floor lamp would not work. Asked front desk to repair/replace bulb that morning and was not replaced when I returned in the evening. Moreover, the room had not been serviced.

The room was nice but stuffy. AC did not go lower than 68 and bed was hard. Quiet area and staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay again. Very convenient area.

The staff were helpful, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The shower curtain had mold and urine stains on it. Also there was no soap or shampoo in the dispensers.

We were weary travelers driving north from the beaches. We stopped for food and decided to sleep. The kids enjoyed the pool the room was clean and comfortable. The shower was hot and relaxing. The pillows were a bit soft and the thermostat seemed to do nothing but the window unit worked. Unfortunately to keep from sweating we had to set it to constant on so it blew in my face all night.

the hotel was ok but we had to ask for room service. We had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper stock. For the amount of money I spent, you would think they would do this without me asking.

My stay was phenomenal, Kraig set the tone ! He was very accommodating and was able to get my stay extended without any issues! The Breakfast attendant was great! She was extremely nice and a joy to speak with!

We really enjoyed our stay here and the area surrounding the hotel had a lot of food restaurants and shopping! The only thing that wasn’t ideal was that the AC in our room would only go down to 68 degrees at night so it was a little warmer than we would have liked but that’s all. The hotel was really nice and we enjoyed our stay!

From the efficient check-in to smooth effortless check out…this hotel stay was all class. Nice touch: a personal greeting (by name) on tv as we entered the room. Congenial and polite staff, spacious room with all the amenities needed (especially in the accessible room). Comfortable beds with three pillows each. (two squishy and one slightly more firm – just right for me.) Only drawback was that while the heat and cooling system worked very well, there was no way to redirect the draft from the fans, which blew directly over the bed closest to the unit. I ended up shutting off the unit in the middle of the night. But we stayed comfortably warm nonetheless.

Everything was excellent! The location was not walking distance unfortunately and the pool is outdoor but everything else was perfect.
