We liked the spacious room which is unusual for hotels in Japan, The staff were very helpful during our 16 night stay in Osaka, especially when we don't speak Japanese. They even arranged for our luggage to be transferred to Tokyo.
As for location, the hotel is 2 little blocks from the main Dotonbori food/shopping area. That is, you are just a few minutes walk from all the action/noise. Such an enjoyable stay. Thank you Doutonbori Crystal Hotel and the staff.

The guys at the front go ABOVE AND BEYOND. They helped me with shipping my luggage from Osaka to Tokyo. I don’t speak or write in Japanese, so you can imagine how difficult it was for me. LOVE this hotel. Highly recommended!!

This property was in a convenient location. The staff were very friendly. However, during our stay, there was active construction on the adjacent building with constant, loud jackhammering. It was not as relaxing as we would’ve liked it to be. The rooms were smaller than most hotels we stayed in. I wish we could have known construction was going on when we booked. We would have stayed somewhere else. The staff were very friendly.
