We liked the hotel. We’ve been there also last year. I asked for a room at the second floor and got one at the third. I have a new knee and i’m not good in stairs now. They were willing to change the next day, but a room with a poor view. So i asked for one at the second floor with view. The girl behond the desk told us she has a room like that but the boss of the hotel refused. We could take the one with the poor view or stay in our room at the third floor. We didn’t understand the refusal. Very client unfriendly.
We also could check in from 1400 and got our room at 1540. We had to wait till the room was ready. We’re not sure to come back again in spite of the good quality of the hotel and the breakfast.

Garden View Rooms are located at the back side of the hotel. Even the hotel was fully booked I could get a garden view room on the second floor after request, which had a much better view then the first one I get offered with pool view. The breakfast was great. Daily changes of warm dishes were a nice additional surprise. Great beach just across the street at Paradise Resort.
