We stayed 3 nights on 12th floor penthouse. Spacious and very good view. Wish they have bathroom in every bed rooms. But, two bathrooms did works for us. Staffs are very friendly, and buffet breakfast is great and plentiful. Will stay here again next time visiting!

Gave 5 stars because who cares. But here is the lowdown:
There are 3 Palazzo hotels. You need to search for the Palazzo Da Nang Beach Hotel. In Grab, make sure you search for Palazzo 3. If not, it will drop you off at the wrong place.
Hotel is dated. But it is in a very convenient area. Next to great restaurants and shops. Right around the corner from bar street.
Room is small but clean enough. Its not the Hilton. But the bed was clean. No bedbugs. TV had HBO and HDMI connection to plug in your computer. Fridge was small and had some mini bar stuff taking up room, but its fine.
Pool is up on the roof. You have to go to the top floor in the elevator then walk up a few flights of stairs. No big deal, but be careful coming down on the tile with wet feet.
Grab doesn't deliver to your room. Rooms have RFID keys that shut everything down when you take the card out. Porters are helpful but don't speak a lot of English. They do help get your bags up and down the stairs and into the cars.
