Super close to the train station! Really clean and spacious room and bed. Bathroom is shared with just the people staying in the room. One thing to note is that (at least to my room) you had to go up a steep set of stairs, but the manager was kind enough to carry my bag all the way up!!! You get access to a great co-working cafe and they have recommendations of places they partner with to give you a discount if you go!

Excellent and attentive staff. Liked the post industrial loft vibe with walkout balcony city views. Also very near the train station and Fukuyama Castle.

The biggest problem is, the room is not at the place which Google Map showed.
We took 20 minutes, asking people on the road to find check-in counter.
Hotel room / check-in counter / Google Map those are at three different place, please try to solve this problem to avoid customer inconvenience.
