The location is good and the staff is friendly. But the wifi was down during my last night stay. This is not good.

The room was clean. A little on the smaller side, but that is expected in a japanese environment. The aircon/heating was efficient.

This was a great location, close to train station and restaurants.
The room was as expected. The breakfast buffet was great. Free coffee 24/7.

Our room was spacious by Japan standards and very clean.
Staff were friendly and very helpful. Air conditioning was easy to use. Water dispenser on each floor( free ).
Ideal location to subway ,JR station and plenty of cafes and restaurants also plenty of shopping nearby
