Initial room adjacent to major highway. After awake all night from noise, requested a move to another room. They mentioned at the time of this request, that many people request a different room when placed near the highway. The new room, had no pan or spatula as in the previous room for the extended stay purpose of this hotel. In addition, the microwave was not working, multiple lightbulbs were burnt out, the toilet paper rack was falling off the wall, the bathtub drain was clogged, and there was a toothpick under the cushion of the chair. Requested the next day for the microwave to be repaired, and obtain a spatula and frying pan. Neither occurred over the course of the five day stay. No further acknowledgment of any of our requests made. Garbage bags that we were instructed to leave in the hallway for were not picked up for over 24 hours on at least one occasion. Overall, the hotel is poorly maintained, and poorly managed. An overall very disappointing experience after a pleasant stay at the Ocala Florida location of this hotel. The difference clearly related to management.

This stay was one of the worse experiences I’ve had. The staff was not rude but the conditions were atrocious. The first room smelled like urine and smoke cocktail. The next room because I couldn’t sleep with that smell was not much better. It had more ants than I could count, the ac was out in half the room, and food was left in the microwave. The carpert just needs to be done over as well. This is my first review but I believe it is necessary for improvements to be made. I have children and I will be more careful to see reviews although this place had descent reviews.

I loved the hotel, the location was great. My only issue is that I requested housekeeping, and they only came to clean the room 3x and I was there a week.

The night stands by the bed had not been cleaned at all. There was some sort of dried fluid on them. The bathroom floor was not clean either. I slept with my clothes on and never took my socks off or took a shower either. The lady at the front desk was very nice.

The comforter and sheets had big blood stains on them. I even took pictures and showed the desk clerk and they showed no concern. I attempted to make contact with the manager and left several messages but no one has called me back. When blood is discovered on sheets, you're supposed to discard them.

I really like the gentleman upfront in the lobby. He was very pleasant I forget his name, but he was very polite and courteous.

The gentleman who checked me in on Feb 5th was so helpful. I arrived earlier in town than expected and he allowed me an early check-in with no problems.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I repeat, DO NOT STAY HERE!!! My car was broken into right in front of the entrance of the hotel. A black woman with a red wig was on for the overnight shift. My vehicle was literally in plain view of the front check in desk yet no one seen or heard anything. I stayed here on a Friday night into Saturday morning and was suppose to stay until Sunday. . Better believe I would never come back!! I came out to see that someone had shattered my sunroof, rummaged through my car and dismantled my alarm trying to take it. Staff didn’t call any managers when asked and did not accommodate me. Instead when leaving the black bald head man with glasses on the day shift m wanted to give me a lecture about my service dog after deciding to check out. I called the cops, filed a report and the cop asked for video footage from the hotel but of course they didn’t have any! Don’t stay here!!!

Property was very clean and serviceable. Staff was extremely polite. Unfortunately, we were placed in a room adjacent to the interstate. The noise was virtually intolerable while trying to sleep at night

Service would also have gotten 5 stars except for breakfast on the second morning. The first was great with lady who kept trays filled with warm and cold foods. The second had a lady on shift who was more interested in her phone and sitting on her duff than keeping up with kitchen duties.
However, I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Memphis area.

The room was very dirty. Hair all over the bathroom wall and floor. Counters not wiped cleaned. Toenails on bedside table. Highway noise very loud in room.

We were there for one night. Our room had no tv service and the shower did not drain well enough to prevent the water from creeping onto the floor. When sharing this with the front desk, we got a response that no one was available to take care of either issue. Will stay somewhere else next time I am in the Memphis area.

Everything is good, except that our room is close to the interstate, so it is kind noisy.
We stayed there only for one night, it is close to the airport. We didn't try the breakfast, because our flight was early in the morning.

They only clean the rooms every 3 days, and they do not give you enough washclothes and towels.

The description of the hotel said it is pet friendly. It is not pet friendly. At no time in the reservation process was it disclosed that the hotel charges a $100 pet fee. If I had known about the fee I would have booked elsewhere. At check-in the clerk did not tell me about the fee until I had completed the check-in process. Not happy at all !!!

We booked a 2 Queen size suite with the pull out sofa and when we got there they gave us a kind size bed for me my husband and our three kids. They was dirty qtips on the dlooe and the draws were dirty.

I hate the first floor and that’s where they put me. Yes I asked for a higher floor but was told something was going on and I couldn’t get on that floor.

The air conditioners were being cleaned while we were staying at the hotel. We had to be out of our room for a little while. Whatever the cleaning solution used on the bathroom floor left a slick residue that was disgusting on my feet. There was little water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was delicious!

The hotel is mere feet from Interstate 55. My room was on the corner nearest the highway. Very noisy. Housekeeping was bad. There were no washcloths in the room, hairs all over the shower wall, and food left in the refrigerator from the prior occupant. What else didn’t get done?

This property was clean and the checkin staff was very nice. Breakfast was okay. Its so close to the interstate which was very noisy, but the a/c staying on all night blocks some of the noise. It's okay for 1 night in and out.

Room was placed on a quiet floor, however, requested new linens , was gone for 24 hours, still came back to a messy bed.

Rough check in and stay. From keys not working, shower drain being clogged, to not having access to get the crib/pack n play for our infant from the room it was stored in.

The stay was great but the morning was a little noisy. Being next to the interstate can be a bit loud. Otherwise, everything else was great!
