The property is nicely located by the river and next door to the market place. It is clean and has a nice pool/hot tub, great after a day after skiing. The staff seems a bit under trained overall, but particularly, we stayed 3 nights and got no housekeeping at all. We called twice to get more towels but they never came.

We were very pleased with our stay! Check in was smooth, the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the property is very clean and has a lovely dining area. The room itself exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, spacious, and had a great view of the river. We had our dog with us and there was a lovely lawn area for him to walk along the river. Since we were in town to head to Leavenworth, we weren’t sure what to expect commute wise. Once we got on the main drag it was a straight shot and so easy (apart from traffic of course!). Would absolutely stay again!

We were double charged for our stay. The manager was not helpful in correcting the issue. We had to do through our bank to reverse the over charge. The staff was not helpful at all with our concerns or questions. Our bed was uncomfortable and gave us sore backs the next day.

First of when I arrived I did the keyless check in. There was guess in my room and I basically walked in on a couple having sex. I quickly went to the front desk and asked how could this had happened. There was no explanation from the staff never received and apology nor a call or any kind of communication from management. The food sucks and my room the new one I got assigned never got cleaned for the 4days I was there. Terrible service and will definitely not be coming back. Not do I recommend.

Pool was a bit small, but the jacuzzi was a nice touch. Beds were comfortable, and the front desk staff asked which floor we wanted to be on (not always something you have options for, so it was greatly appreciated). Right next door is the Public Market with great restaurants, bars and shops!!

The room was very clean, the staff very friendly, however… it was very loud until 2 am. We couldn’t sleep due to loud noises. It’s unfortunate that they allow others to be super loud and not enforce quiet hours. First part of the night I wasn’t able to sleep because of the noise coming from others and the other half I spent it trying to fall asleep, but unfortunately we had to be up early. I was only able to sleep less than 30 minutes. The atmosphere felt more like a cheap motel. It’s unfortunate because we planned to come back for a longer stay but the noise was unbearable.

Property was in a great location. The train seemed like it might be an inconvenience, but there is a underpass so you don't get stuck when the train stops in town.

Kim was warm and friendly checking us in. Beautiful water front view from our room (saw eagles fly over Columbia River). Clean, quiet modern rooms. Easy walk to look around town or on the trail. Would highly recommend and visit again.

Comfort inn in the same town was a surprisingly nicer hotel. Only a couple paper cups in the room and building was noisy; you can hear rooms above and to the sides.

$3K in bikes were stolen overnight while staying here :( Lock was ground and bikes were gone Sunday morning. Staff was lukewarm at best. The manager was meant to reach out regarding the bikes, nothing... Additionally, the room was advertised as City View; however, we were looking into the opposite side of the hotel, far from a view...Fridge was tiny and barely worked. No freezer capability. No breakfast which was expected, and no housekeeping. For this price, the Marriot/Residence Inn is a MUCH BETTER option.

I was surprised with the high quality, that the 'walls were so thin.' I could hear the guests next door talking and playing the TV like it was a cheap hotel. The main reason I chose the Hilton was to avoid this.

Good location, views, and atmosphere next to the river and the lively, very cool Public Market next door. Enjoyed walking Old Town Wenatchee via walk bridge. Friendly staff, though could have used more people at the front desk.

Already this room felt a bit pricey but to our surprise, after we gathered our perceived free continental breakfast the concierge asked my husband what room she should add a 12/person charge to! Insane!
