Excellent location. Good breakfast. Need to greatly enhance the check in procedures. It took nearly 90 minutes: Unprecedented and unnecessary delays. Fortunately, we survived that ordeal and found the place was more than decent.

Patio furniture on roof need replacement. Seat pads are stained and always moist due to ocean dew. Different material should be considered.

Gerard always went up and beyond to help us with any concerns we had. Housekeeping was very good as well the security. We had everything we needed and we were happy with our stay. Would recommend.
