Best feature of this hotel is the amazing location. Just a 5 minute walk to the main train station, and VERY walkable to Old Town and many interesting sites. The second best feature was the staff. Our check in experience was excellent. We arrived early and the staff was warm, helpful and stored (and delivered) our luggage to the room when ready, while we explored the city. The rooms are standard small European, but absolutely fine for our 2 night stay. Some tram car noise at night, but to be expected. We did not try the restaurant, so we have no feedback there. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Wonderful historic hotel; however, it can be a bit noisy from the metro outside, especially with the heat and windows open (no AC/fans provided). The receptionist helped us download the free
city transportation pass we used to get to the Paul Klee Museum. A must see!! The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast service was exceptional.

Charming apartment with 2 rooms amd a washroom. Yummy breakfast included and fresh squeezed orange juice. No a/c but oscillating fans helped. Great location.
