Staff were pleasant and helpful. Typical hotel room bonus of having a bidet. This should standard everywhere. The a/c was very noisy this turned into an advantage. It became a great white noise machine as we were there during the celebration of the Virgin of Guadalupe constant firecrackers and fireworks. 🙂
The pool was refreshing, clean and cool. The hot tubs were never hot in the four night we were there. Very disappointing after a long travel day and then a trip to the cold waterfalls.
The location is great. A two minute walk to the ADO, surrounded by higher end restaurants on a very walkable street. We felt very safe and comfortable here. Centro was a short walk away and again we always felt safe. We would stay here again if we are back Palenque.

Spotless room, crisp, pressed sheets and thick, soft towels made for an excellent stay. Check in was seamless and we enjoyed the pool. Kudos for the bidet! We didn’t eat at the restaurant so can’t review that. But this is a very nice hotel in a nice area.
