False advertising about the rooms having 2 queen beds and an area with a couch/let out bed, room smelled very bad, and there were little black bugs inside when we first came to the room. The staff were nice, but I won’t be returning!

The stay was pleasant. Room was clean and mostly comfortable. The lobby had a pool table and I think it was a shuffle board table. My kids enjoyed that and the heated indoor pool. I would definitely stay again and I would recommend to others. Staff was nice and accommodating.

I thought this was really nice. It wasn’t it was so loud ppl screaming till all hours of the night. My poor puppers was shaking he was terrified. I had better service at motel 6 for a quarter of the price and it was quiet!

Service was really good, room was nice and clean. There were people above me with children that were really loud though. The snacks were unnecessarily expensive unfortunately. Overall the room was perfect.

Customer Service was great! The hotel was very clean and welcoming. The hotel has been recently updated. There was so much space. We cooked in the kitchenette daily and had everything we needed. Free on site laundry was a bonus. There was a lot of road noise and we were on the 2nd floor and could hear every footstep of the guests on the floor above us (which happens in all hotels to a degree, but this one was really noticeable)

We ran into a snowstorm on our way back to Wisconsin from Georgia and were able to stay at Candlewood Suites on short notice... also, dog friendly.

From the time we checked in to the time we checked out, our experience was excellent. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was clean, and every amenity we needed was available.

This hotel was a very pleasant experience! Their charge for our pet was reasonable which is not always the case! Very friendly staff, an easy dog walk area with provided bags, a pool table and shuffleboard in the lobby were all highlights! Our room was very clean and comfortable!

Checked in, went to our room and it was entirely untouched from the previous guest. Called front desk wouldn’t get us another. They Sent someone up and although she did a good job. There were 2-3 other cleaning staff that walked by or checked in and didn’t help. Took 30-40 minutes to get all finished up after check in all while me the wife and 3 kids stood in the hallway with luggage and Made us late to our event.

This place is gross. Here now and crying cause my family of 5 is too stressed out to leave. I feel disgusting and just want to shower… but even the shower is gross. Whole room reaks of urine and my kids are sleeping on a stained pull out couch. Worst place ever, don’t stop here. Don’t know where any good reviews came from.

Staff was nice but room was positively filthy. Door to our room propped open on arrival. Called down to see if an error was made and apparently not. Feels unsafe. Room was outdated, in poor repair and very dirty. Handles broken hanging off of cabinets and mold in shower and window sills, finger smears all over table, very dirty bathroom. Completely disappointing. Also not a good smell throughout entire hotel.

I loved this hotel! The staff are so friendly and made the check in process a breeze! The room was overall pretty clean with the exception of a couple tiny missed food spills around the stove and desk but I always travel with clorox wipes so it wasn’t a problem for me. The bed was super comfortable and I never heard another guest during my stay. I would definitely return if ever in the area again!

The only difficulty was getting into the parking lot when traveling east on Murfreesboro Road (I came from the Natchez Trace).

The hotel is great really, with a few small concerns. One, you cannot make a left turn into the property or out of the property because there is way too much traffic. I have never seen anything like it. Two, the bathroom and room weren’t super clean, and the bathroom was put together poorly. Handles, faucets, fixtures were all pretty loose and the shower had about half pressure. All that said, I would definitely stay there again if the price was a little lower for the driving hassle.

Stay was pretty good there was just a stain on white covers that looked like feces. I switched it to the end of the bed so I wouldnt have to see but still kind of knew it was there. Looked as if covers were thoroughly washed but cover probably needs to be thrown away. Otherwise great stay! Would come back

I did not stay there because the wrong dates were booked and no one could help me. No refund, no new date, no voucher no help whatsoever. I will never book will hotels.com or Candlewood suites Franklin. The manger was also extremely rude.

Pros:
Exceptionally clean lobby, snack pantry, public restroom, laundry area, hallways, elevator and workout room! So clean, with calm but interesting decor. Room counters, sinks, fridge, oven, dishes, tub/shower, toilet were so clean and organized! The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: when I walked into the room I hit a wall of cigarette smoke smell and room freshner smell. It was bad. The carpet was awful because it smelled like massive amounts of dog pee. I had to sleep in the living room and that is all I smelled all night.
