Tracy was awesome...but that was where the awesomeness ends....
This place is in some desperate need of some maintenence and cleaning. The carpet is coming up in the rooms, tiles in the bathroom are uneven.
The shower curtains are too short for the shower, so a constant flood in the bathroom, meaning constant trips to the front desk for more towels...because there was 0 housekeeping in our room even with a 3 night stay. No soap/shampoo etc in our bathroom.
Garbage was always in the hallways.
Firepit was broken, pool was cold.
2 out of 3 days the waffle maker was not available, and on the last morning breakfast was pretty scarce at 8 am.
Cleanliness is suspect. Cockroaches outside by the fireplace, and inside the lobby.
Apparently there is a fee for parking (which no one mentioned at any time)
Staff were scarce and not helpful.
For the price of this hotel, stay elsewhere, it was horrible.

We stayed while in Lubbock for a wedding. Our room was clean and comfortable and was the perfect size for a 3-night stay. We would stay here again.
