Great location and highly recommend. We had one small issue as the check in code didn’t allow access to the room.
We had to wait at the door for an hr but someone arrived and let us in. Turns out the wifi needed to be reset to allow the door lock to work.
The person was very apologetic and checked all was ok before leaving. Would return here again.

Good location and enough room for our family of four to fit comfortably. We enjoyed being able to eat meals using the kitchen when we wanted to and wash our clothes too. Bed and pillows were a little hard for me, but my husband liked them.

The room is very clean. Staff is very helpful during the whole period. The bathroom has dehumidified function and can dry laundry quick. It is very good if you need wash.

Affordable and clean. Plenty of space for families. Spacious apartment with kitchenette and laundry. Walking distance to Namba and Dotonbori.
