Property itself, communication, support and amenities were great. Can’t fault it.
However, it is next to a pub - not a problem if you go to bed after 11pm.
If you are staying mid week you will be woken every day multiple times from 6am onwards by various bin-lorries, cleaning staff smashing glass bottles in bins etc right next to the bedrooms. This is not the fault of the property, but guests need to still be aware.

Great location right on the edge of the river, Kingsbridge is well positioned to visit the local area. Property is well maintained and equipped with everything you need. Just be aware the pub next can get busy at times. Overall great experience and accomodating host.
