Only downside was thermostat on wall didn't adjust, or regulate the temperature. The heat register by the window did, we figured this out too late. The heat register was very noisy oddly, even when not heating.

A beautiful hotel, very friendly staff. The room was very clean, and spacious. The breakfast had nice options even for us who have dietary restrictions. Location is great, plenty of restaurants near by and grocery stores. I would definitely stay here again!!

Hotel was full for Thanksgiving but still quite quiet in evening. Loved the pillows and mattress. My room and the whole hotel were so clean and pleasant.

We enjoyed this seemingly new property with amenities like the hot tub. Suite was large and had a refrigerator with freezer.

Staff was friendly and check in was easy. The room was clean and very spacious. We were on the first floor at the end of the hallway next to the outdoor exit. So, there was a little noise from people coming in and out of that side door. There was also a dog in the room right next to us. It barked quite a few times in the evening and then again the next morning. The bed was comfy, but the pillows were not. So, overall, not a great night's sleep. We didn't get a chance to have breakfast the morning after our stay. I would stay here again, but would definitely request a room on a higher floor this time.

Everything was great except could not get the streaming services to work on our tv. Contacted the front desk and they said they’d get someone to help troubleshoot but they never got back to us.

First time here at a Hilton hotel. Husband and I just needed a getaway from the kids! We came for a comedian at the fair. Bathroom could've been swept. The first night we called for different pillows. They said they didn’t have any. So the next morning after a horrible sleep I called again. The head house keeper was very attentive and nice. She brought us pillows, but they were all flat. She put two small pillows. So I ended up tying the pillow case, so pillows wouldnt fall out. They were a bit better. Basically, they need all new pillows. It is only one thing that was negative. But sleep is important. If that wasnt an issue I would give it a 9 out of 10. Staff was nice and helpful.

Check in was nice. We checked in late that day. Once we got settled in the room we discovered that a one of the beds had stains all over the sheets. Since we had two queens and it was late we just slept in the bed that had clean sheets. The room also had a strange smell. The next morning we found the breakfast staff rude. They started shutting everything down before the breakfast time had ended. They made us feel that we were an inconvenience. They were not friendly at all.

I loved my stay at this place! It is truly a great experience. The place was well designed, clean and comfortable. So spacious and stylish! My one complaint would be that all of the kitchen drawers were severly lacking in cleanliness. Management should be inspecting the kitchen area and make extra certain that the housekeepers are tending to this detail. It was very unfortunate and surprising considering how nice the rest of the unit was. Thank you!

The room has a musty and smothered smell when we first walked in. The beddings smelled unfresh too, like they were not properly dried. There was a hand towel with stains on the bathroom counter. So I'm not satisfied with the cleanliness here. For the complimentary breakfast, all the items were empty when we arrived at dinning hall around 9am but breakfast time is till 10.

My room was nice but no remote for the tv. One brought to me but still didn’t work. I had to find the problem- tv unplugged. The bed was hard and the breakfast was terrible. Cheese “omelet” was like rubber. I wanted to buy a bottle of water 16 ounces- $4.00! For the price of the room I expected better

Great property, a safe location, and is convenient to local restaurants and shopping. Good amenities, and breakfast. The room was excellent, just like a studio, and felt like home with a fridge, dishwasher, sink, and microwave. Definitely will stay here again in the future.
