Key pick up was about 1 km away from the apartment. Although an email was sent on the check in day, indicating key was ready for pick up, the key box would not open until 3pm. It would be helpful if that information is clearly communicated. The key pick up box is not directly in front of the address given. Photos provided did not include the apartment rented. Balcony door, accessible to other units, would not lock.

The apartment was beautiful and close to the city centre

I was surprised how clean and tidy the apartment was looking. The location around the apartment was realy nice with a good connection to public transportation and the price was great. What surprised me most positively was the excellent service and the good communication with the owner. Any questions I had were answered very quickly and helpfully.

I was a bit nervous due to some poor ratings on google maps and as then our evening flight from Oslo was 3 hours delayed due to heavy snow in oslo, we arrived late in the night, but due to good information and communication we easily got the key and got into the appartment, everything was clean and tidy and size of appartment was bigger than expected, the only thing we slightly missed was a shoehorn

Check in wasn't as easy as it should of been, raining heavily and internet given wouldn't connect to get keys out. Luckly a gentleman from a restaurant near by came with his mobile phone and we were able to connect to internet from his phone and the keybox opened !!!!!!!!

Apartment was very central and a perfect landing spot for our family to enjoy Trondheim for a couple of days. The area was noisy when the bars let out at 11pm and 2 am but did quiet down quickly. Parking was relatively close at the parkade but it was expensive. Would rent the car when leaving city if we had to do over.

Check in this place with a car is difficult. We have to find and pay to park first, then walk to find the place to get the key, and the go back to find the garage and walk all the way around to get to the property. The charge for parking is also higher than the garages nearby. So, it would be better just go park first in the nearby garage. The washer does a great job in high speed spin. So, no dryer is not much an issue.
