This is a very nice hotel for Sai devotees. Pictures of Swami everywhere. Easy walking distance to Ashram. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
But be aware that standard rooms don't have windows. So, if you are staying for more than a few days, get a Super-delux room - more expensive, but a nice large window.
Hot water systems at this hotel use electicity, so you get hot water even on cloudy days. Other hotels, such as Sai Towers, have solar hot water systems. Good for the environment, but downside is cold showers on cloudy days!

The property is at a very convenient location - all major places to visit are within walkable distance. The rooms and the staff were good

My room was ready on arrival for an early check in as requested. On arrival the room was clean with everything that was stated in place. The hotel was clean and comfortable with a good restaurant and cafe. Staff were generally polite and friendly.
The one downside was that my room was not serviced at all and I was there for 6 nights. On the third day I informed reception that the room had not been serviced, the toilet roll had run out and that I had left the bin outside the door all day and it had been ingnored. The bin was then promptly emptied and toilet roll and water was delivered to my door. However, no staff member arrived to clean the room. This was disappointing.
