We arrived late. Staff reached out giving us self check-in instructions and left the aircon and lights on so the room was easy to find and warm in cold winter nights. Very thoughtful. We loved here last time visited as it was perfect for family with children. Kids stayed upstairs and there is nice spa. You can't beat the value for money here. Beds are comfy and good shower. Highly recommended.

The staff were warmly & friendly. The location is quiet and restful with beautiful surroundings. Close to town & scenic river walks.
The hotel is very run down though. Creaky floors with thin walls. Shower was warm not hot. TV had great use of Apps to stream from my phone. Heat pump was lovely.
I enjoyed my stay for the price I paid.

Though the chalets are rather old school, they have a charm that makes them feel cozy and homey. Located a short step out of town, the place feels private, quiet and peaceful.
This place was perfect for my and my family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
