Great hotel for a weekend get-away. Locations is central for shopping and restaurants. Full size fridge in room!! The only issue we had was a poorly draining tub and poor water pressure in the shower.

This hotel is very nice for its price. Very clean, friendly/very helpful staff, modern, full kitchenette with a stove and full size fridge, pet friendly (kept us on a ground floor close to a door to let are girls potty and they even had a 💩 bag stations), and close to a lot of restaurants and business (good area of town). I’d would def stay here again. It was pretty quiet until one group prob got back from a bar but it didn’t last long over all quite. Bed was comfy and pillows were fluffy.

My stay was great. The service and all the staff I interacted with was excellent!!! The only negative I have is that I booked this room because it had a kitchenette, but on arrival I noticed that you had to pay for pots, pans, dishes and utensils if you wanted them. I have honestly never seen this before. And I booked the hotel expecting these items would be available. I never saw or noticed the fine-print anywhere when booking that these items would be extra. If I did, I could have honestly brought my own. But this was my only negative. The hotel and rooms are in immaculate condition and I would highly recommend this to anyone. I will definitely stay there again!!!

Newer hotel, clean, most of the time quiet. Good size room with kitchenette, large fridge, decent shower. Stayed there for number of times before and will be coming back for sure. Safe, adequate size parking. Near by restaurants and shopping. Most of the times is priced very reasonably compare to other hotels in the area. Only reason i am not giving 5 stars is no breakfast and they are accommodating workers and couple times someone cooked meal around midnight and whole floor smelled like restaurant kitchen. Over all very good stay.

Always have a great stay here. Usually our first choice due to price and availability. Third floor did smell of marijuana every time we came out of the elevator. Didn’t smell in our room though. Would definitely be a bonus if they had more handicap parking in front. Thanks for a great stay!

On arrival, a rather grumpy “extended stay guest” (of which we were told there were several) was unloading her Walmart shopping in reception and pushing it on a luggage cart to her room. When I offered help, she grunted a little and impolitely declined. Our room appeared clean but when I pushed the recliner out of the way as it was almost in the middle of the room, a previous guest’s popcorn was littered underneath which I cleaned up myself. We debated whether to stay our second night as I didn’t feel very comfortable there but since the location was handy for our dogs and the staff seemed helpful, we decided to stay on. Big mistake! At 2.50am, we were woken by a knock at the door. My husband asked who it was and saw a woman outside who was not hotel staff. She didn’t answer, sat down on the floor and then left a trail of her belongings (alcohol and cigarettes) littered outside the room. We called reception and a member of staff promptly collected the bags. Staff were apologetic the next morning and had clearly been warned by the night staff what had happened but we will certainly never return nor frequent this hotel chain in the future. I chose it because of the good reviews on hotels.com but was very disappointed.

The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly. Disappointed in the lack of facilities at the hotel (no pool, no gym). The 24 hour complimentary coffee was nice though.

A nice place to stay. I wish they had a screen over the window that let some sunlight in. It’s either wide open where everyone can see you or you can’t see anything. All or nothing.

We stayed here for black Friday shopping. Location was great, beds were comfortable, hotel was quiet. No breakfast is available but we didn't mind. Would stay here again for our next shopping trip.

A decent place to stay, cost effective. The room was damp and had a bit of a “funk”, the kitchenette is absolutely bare, nothing at all supplied (this may be a “chain” thing - I’m not really sure), the beds were less than stellar - but for the $$ I can’t really complain. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, like incredible!
