The property was nice right on the water . Breaksfast was ok nothing special . Room was nice it could have been cleaned better found someone hat in a corner of the room . And saw a few hairs in the bed.

Easy checkin. Very friendly staff and happy yo assist. Breakfast was very good. Very clean. Gym was excellent. But TV in room did not work and no staff onsite for support. Had to change rooms but given better room for inconvenience. Parking was very easy. Great location. Walking distance to restaurants and lighthouse beach.

This is an excellent place to stay. A good breakfast is included with your stay. They have very nice cardio and exercise facilities. The hotel sits right on Lake Erie. Lake view rooms are very nice! The staff is very friendly and efficient.

Great Location for trips to Port Clinton and Put In Bay. Extremely clean and nice atmosphere. Kids loved the small indoor pool which was great when the weather outside was cooler. Amazing Breakfast Spread. Loved the very large suite and Lake View.

We stay at Fairfield when we travel. Most are clean the interior is updated. But this stay the room has not been cleaned for a long time. Bathroom very dirty and room dusty. My husband said the bedding didn't smell fresh. Disappointed in the condition.

This was close to Miller Ferry for our day outing. The property was beautiful on the lake and very relaxing. Beds were comfortable. Would stay again!

Our room had a direct view of Lake Erie. Super nice facilities! Loved the oatmeal bar. We ate at Jolly seafood restaurant, which was nice. Good fried fish. The only “negative “ thought was that I wish they cleaned the outside chairs so we could have sat outside.

The Hotel is Lake Erie Front - they added a sidewalk so you can walk the lake and have several benches to sit and relax

It's strange but I have never had an in-room fridge that you had to push a button inside to keep it running. When we checked in an entered we had some pops and waters and some leftovers from a meal we had earlier to put in the fridge. It was warm inside, I pushed the button and the fridge started cooling, but overnight it stopped and the food spoiled! I guess you have to push the button inside it every few hours. That is totally insane.

Stayed here before and liked it so came back. This time not so great. Within minutes of arriving my kids found a French fry by the window. There was dirt around the bed. The mattress cover was stained. Went to get a shower late at night and the body wash was empty in the shower. This time did not have to deal with mayflies so that was better.

We got no housekeeping services in the 3 days we stayed there. We had to go to front desk 3 times for towels and trash bags. Very disappointing. The breakfast was fine
