Room was extremely clean and access instructions were communicated well. Location was amazing and central to all amenities. Would definitely recommend

I had to give the hotel five stars for staff and service even though there is no staff nor service. You check in by giving your name at the door. The door is the unlocked and a printer is activated to provide you with room number and code for the doors. Worked fine. The place is IMO just beautiful, everything about it: the lighting, layout, design. Wow!

Great location, close to bars and restaurants. Also just a short tram ride to the Old Town centre.
Only potential downside might be some late-night noise, given its proximity to bars etc.
Overall, great place, great room.
