The location is exceptional and the hosts are even more exceptional! Perfection from start to end, from welcoming us with coffee, to finishing with the most cozy continental breakfast which exceeds the full breakfasts in the best hotel chains. The room was clean and super comfortable, and the surroundings are just a mere dream, fully in peace with nature. Cannot recommend enough!! P.s: host recommended a nearby home-owned location for dinner and it was the cherry on the cake, outstanding experience.

This was one of the 10 stays during our roadtrip and by far the best one. I really wish I could describe the energy of this place through a review. Signor Antonio and his wife are probably the most kind couple we met on our trip. This little place is located in a beautful location between the woods and a horse farm. Friendly cats are there to greet you and welcome you to a peaceful resort only 12 minutes from Vieste. The breakfast is home made and it really made us think about staying more. I could go on and on but if you are on the edge, you don't want to miss this gem. I really hope I have a chance to visit this place again in the future. Charming oasis of a property, we had a view of the sea from our room, and the owners were extremely nice.

This place was just perfect, amazing and kind hosts, great location, very nice room and facilities, delicious breakfast and charming garden where we had a picnic dinner on one of the evenings (the hosts even brought us a complementary glass of home made liqueur at the end). Definitely recommended and would come back here for my next visit to Gargano.

The room was very practical with small inventions of the owner to store your luggage. The garden around the house is lovely and spacious. The watchdog Argo is a very kind and clever creature, playing around with the cat! The friendly atmosphere made us feel at home immediately.
