We had a lovely stay at the Wilbur Lititz to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel is charming and beautifully decorated, including original beams and brickwork from its time as the Wilbur Chocolate Factory. Dinner at the onsite restaurant was delightful and delicious.

we always enjoy our annual stay at the wilbur. the hotel is nicely appointed and clean and our family of 4 is comfortable in their 2 double beds room. the lititz area is also a great one to explore. the hotel is decorated beautifully for the holiday!

We stayed for 3 nights and although the hotel seemed a bit short staffed (front desk and the restaurant) during the Christmas time we visited, we still received great services, and everyone was very friendly and helpful to meet our needs. We enjoyed the walking distance to everything we like about Lititz, and the expresso machine in the lobby was a lovely bonus. We greatly enjoyed having our Christmas dinner at the Hotel restaurant. Everything we ordered was delicious and satisfying. The hotel itself is quite charming , clean and quite for the most part (except for the occasional construction noise from outside) and we would highly recommend staying at this hotel for anyone who would like to stay quietly in the hearts of Lititz.

Kate, the concierge was lovely, helpful, and went the extra mile! She made dinner reservations, had suggestions for how we spend our time, and was the "picture" of accommodation. She even told the restaurant we were celebrating our anniversary, and there was a special note and flower bouquet waiting at our table. The restoration of the chocolate factory into hotel is exquisite. Out the front door are many cute shops, restaurants and a beautiful park. We're already planning our next trip!

Seeing this was a surprise for my 2 best friends, and they thought I was joking, our stay was amazing! From check in to check out we were treated like we were the only guests there. The only thing that I would have liked was that the restaurant would be open.

No help from staff in dining. In house restaurant closed we didn't know. Wifi not free. Lighting poor...no way to read at night. No meaningful breakfast...very poorly done...e.g. Oatmeal containers but no milk/water available to put on top...my opinion, just done to say they provided breakfast option. It was a clean room to stay for one night..

This is one of the most clean and beautifully styled hotels I've ever stayed in. Bonus points for the subtle chocolate smell wafting through the air. The staff are exceptionally kind and accommodating and the area around the hotel is quaint and full of things to see. I love it there.

Property was located perfectly next to Park and parking was attached to hotel. Lititz Is quite walkable especially n this area. Traffic was non-stop but as a main thoroughfare but the significance of the property and how Hilton renovated it was paramount for the property.

I got this room for my mom and step-dad. The staff were incredibly accomodating, warm, and welcoming. I would rate this location five stars because of that alone. The location is convenient to all that Lititz offers.
