We have stayed in hundreds of hotels and guesthouses all over the world, at varying budgets, and can honestly say that Au Clair des Landes is the best.
So much thought, care and love has gone into creating the perfect getaway. Sophie and Eric are the consummate hosts - welcoming you with homemade cake and aperitifs and immediately making you feel at home.
I could go into detail, waxing lyrical but, in short, if you are looking for the most comfortable stay in tranquil surroundings (and the best breakfast in France) do not hesiate to book.
We will be returning next year.
