We couldnt stay in the hotel and had to book another hotel, the rooms were dirty, not sheets on the beds, now towels provide and the service was terrible from the first instant, we originally got the incorrect room, with only one bed when we reserved a two double beds. Just a very bad experience and still havent received a refund as requested.

The property is kept clean, but I believe they need to invest in getting new sheets and pillows for the beds, the ones they have are clean but they are very old and stained and that is a turn off. Other than that what can I say LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.

Rooms are not in great shape. Shower works at one temperature only - lukewarm. Terrible internet connection. Front door is situated so it’s very difficult to get a taxi to pick you up or drop you off. They gave me literally one sheet and no soap. Most rooms have no windows.

No windows in rooms. Termite dust from the ceiling covering everything in the bathroom. No housekeeping service overnight. They give you exactly one sheet. Wifi does not reach rooms and is barely adequate in public areas. Dark hallways. 8 am checkout time with no possible exceptions. It would be hard to do worse.
