Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut, und auch das Zimmer sowie das Frühstück haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war grundsätzlich nett und freundlich.
Leider war der Service an der Rezeption nicht optimal. Es gab keine ausreichende Unterstützung mit dem Gepäck, keine gute Orientierung bzw. Wegweisung im Hotel und teilweise sehr lange Wartezeiten beim Einchecken und Beziehen des Zimmers. Zudem kam es wiederholt zu Systemausfällen, was den Ablauf zusätzlich erschwert hat.
Das Hotel ist insgesamt etwas älter und könnte an einigen Stellen eine Modernisierung gebrauchen. Mit einem besser organisierten Rezeptionsservice und zuverlässigeren Systemen wäre der Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer gewesen.

ليس هناك من يحمل الامتعه وتوصيلها للغرف او السياره لا يوجد مطبخ لطلب الطعام يوجد فقط الإفطار من 7:00 إلى 10:00 صباحا
