The room had no ac. Just movable floor fans. we are from Florida so we like it cold rooms, All hotels we have styed in Colombia so far has had ac, Maybe it will be nice idea to add a wall portal ones, We really liked the other high tech ammenities the hotel has,

I got a big and comfortable room for a night. The room was clean and spacious. The building is new and very modern. Quite sad that I only had one night there.

The hotel is very clean, tidy and comfortable. The food in the restaurant is excellent and the service is first class.

Check in should be at 3pm. When i arrived at 6.45pm they said the room isn't ready! I left at 7.30pm the room still wasn't ready. No apologies were made!

Great Hotel in a very convenient and nice area. Premium Toiletries. Breakfast really need to get better and Improve the cleaning details / touch ups of the bathroom, sinks and faucets.

This is our second stay at this hotel and we loved it. It’s in a great location where everything is close by. The food at the restaurant is excellent.

This hotel is very very nice. Extremely clean. Nice restaurant. A great breakfast. The staff is extremely polite and everyone does a great job. This area is also very quiet at night. Very nice sleeping here.

Incredible. Modern, clean, well located, comfortable. Very good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. The "gym" is not really a gym, it's basically two treadmills, nothing else.

Staff is very friendly and the hotel is very clean. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The hotel is located in a busy street so expect some noise.

We used the hotel for a quick stop on our way to the zona cafetera and really enjoyed our stay at the property. This new 3 star hotel offered amenities and services we didn’t find at much higher ranking places we visited in Colombia. Room had a comfortable bed, bathroom was stocked with amenities, towels and bathrobes were the softest ever. Breakfast was aceptable and you can also use the spa (warm pool, sauna, steam room) by booking it. The hotel is located in a calm residential area within walking distance from restaurants and supermarkets. On-site secure parking is available on their tiny underground parking.
Only quirk was that the room had no AC or heating (that we could see).

Stayed here for a week with my family. Very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. The hotel is very clean and the staff was amazing. Great breakfast included. Nice rooftop jacuzzi and spa area that I never had the chance to use. Our room had a kitchenette was was great for my young kids. We cooked dinner every night there. Our room was on the main street so it did get noisy at times, especially on Saturday nights.

This hotel lacks nothing. It is one of the best I have stayed at. Beautiful room. Great staff that is very friendly even if you are a foreigner. And the breakfast is awesome. Quiet neighborhood. Yet only a few mil pesos in taxi to go just about anywhere in town.
