Great staff, super clean rooms, quiet-ish area, near shops, restaurants and public transportation. No laundry nor onsen, but great restaurant in hotel with buffet breakfast.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel JAL City Tokyo and would definitely stay here again.
The location is fantastic. The hotel is situated between two train stations, both about a block away, making transportation extremely convenient. There is also a convenience store right inside the hotel, which was perfect for grabbing snacks and drinks before bed.
The staff were helpful and happy to arrange taxis whenever needed, making travel around the city very easy.
My only minor complaints were that breakfast is not offered as a prepaid daily buffet package like many hotels I stay at, and I was surprised that a one hour late checkout came with a 3,000 yen fee (about $21 USD). As someone who travels frequently, that was a first for me.
Overall, these were small issues compared to an otherwise excellent stay. I would happily book this hotel again on my next trip to Tokyo.

My stay at Japan Airlines City Hotel was amazing! Everyone at the front desk was so helpful and kind. The views of Toyosu and tokyo tower were outstanding and overall room is perfect for 1-2 travelers. The complimentary breakfast was also a life saver and the hotel housekeepers were always so respectful. 10/10 will be back!
