Exceptionally clean and well organised, very easy to get to and the staff were very able to use translators on tablets with us to communicate. The food was varied and tasty
Procedure was a little unclear with regard to the provided lockers when you have a room booked, but we figured it out

お風呂も施設も新しくて綺麗で気持ちよかったです。
ツインのベッドも大きくて最高でした😀夜景も綺麗です。
5人宿泊のため、料金がやや割高になったことです。偶数人なら良かったのかな。また、他の万葉倶楽部と比べてお高めなのは立地と朝食バイキング付きだからでしょうかね。料金がもう少しお安いと最高です。

施設は申し分ない！提供するサービスも朝食も申し分ないです！
ホテルというつもりで行ったけど、お盆休みということもありましたが対応は大衆温泉施設ですね。フロントの方の質がバラバラで少しリピートするか悩みます。
