The room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and the small terrace was enticing. Bed was very good especially after climbing up and down Cinque Terre:)
Loris was fantastic and very helpful. Check-in was very smooth and she walked me to the room. Getting to the room needed some stair-climbing so keep this in mind. If you don’t mind the climbing, this room provides good value for your money.

Loris is amazing and so helpful. She will help you get excursions booked, train tickets and hotel recommendations. Prepare to walk uphill to your room but this should be expected…you are in Italy after all! The town is beautiful and so are the other villages. We had an amazing time along with incredible food with the best view at Billy’s.

Obviously everything in the Cinque Terra is on a slope. Our room was separate from the main hotel location and at the top of the village but ideal for those arriving by car as the village car park is close by. Those not liking a hill and arriving by train should make sure that they are in the main location in the lower town. Access to reception was via a private chat.
Our room was spacious and well equipped. The bathroom was modern with a large shower. The bed was big. We also had access to a nice terrace which we shared with two other rooms.
All in all a good place to stay.
