Best hotel in terms of location in this area for foreigners.

Location was good- many restaurants and shops. You are allowed to swim in the ocean. Staff were friendly. Rooms were comfortable and had everything you need.

Pool was cold. Beach open to public so sometimes it gets messy and crowded. Rooms overlooking car park same price as overlooking beach! Breakfast a bit crowded but had decent food.

location - vicinity to the beach Lost my headphones, A man with ID 080 found it and kept it safe for me - he was great - pay him more

loud Chinese neighbours shouting at 6am in the corridor no balcony expensive for what I received

Great Hotel close to the beach. Excellent value for the money

Hotel is in very good shape, well maintained, the rooms are clean and tidy, the beds are comfortable, breakfast buffet provides a lot of options including some vegan dishes. The beach and pool is very clean as well

Staff does not speak any English, however, for everyday communication the translation apps do wonders

Disappointing

The pool is open late.

The air-conditioning in the room didn't work. The noise was horrible and the temperature wasn't regulated. The bathroom is super small and the water is leaking all around. The price is too high for the facilities offered. The hotels in Yalong bay are a bit more expensive but offer much better quality of the rooms and facilities.

Good location with some obstacles

Great location. No obstacles to reach the beach, good for walking around.

Poor breakfast, horrible coffee, noisy people who did not care of others drying their bathing towels and swimming dresses outside the door in the hallway (this is ridiculous as these places were not rented by them), too loud music at the pool side, smokers on the hall way to the rooms, especially in the night. all translations need a remake. English and Russian were both often wrong.

Good

breakfast is mainly Chinese with few western additions. location is prime in terms of accessibility and proximity to the beach. pool and beach facilities are in very good condition with plenty of sun bed for free. overall value for money is high

due to Chinese new year, breakfast was packed with locals. they left a mess behind them when they are leaving the tables. they are also freely smoking in the breakfast area as they wish. I wish there were some measures against smoking. room view was a frustration. I booked sea view room. the pictures in booking.com shows a few floor building with balcony across sea. what we were given was 7th floor in a high rise building with 1 meter wide window, which is not openable, and partially looking at the sea. in summary, in the tall building, the windows are too small. it is hard to feel we stay on the sea side.

Excellent location and supportive staff.

The location was just superb next to beach separate entry exit to beach. Reserved sun lounger for guests. Beautiful property with beautiful swimming pool and fish foot spa was a cherry on the cake. Plenty of options for breakfast, people who like meat can enjoy unfortunately for me it was only bread and salad😝 but no regret. And lastly supportive staff and very cute room cleaner girl.
