This is our second time at this facility. Kapis Mansion is a lovely place. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The swimming pool is very nice. We have not yet eaten at the restaurant so I cannot comment on that. We had some trouble when we checked in. Apparently, my travel company inadvertently canceled one of the reservations for our guests. This was at not the facilities fault and they were able to find another room for us at a reasonable price.

This newly renovated property is a gem in Roxas city blending the old and modern style, especially the windows and chandelier made of capis shell. Staff were helpful and accommodating.

The Place is Nice & Clean But They shouldn’t have posted FREE Shuttle if its not 24/7 available, Poor wifi signal, The good thing that i like is they allowed you to an early check-in with no charge.
