Clean and spacious place close to the beach

The place was amazing. Clean and comfy, spacious, located just a few minutes from the beach. The kitchen was fully equiped, knifes super sharp :c) There was lovely sitting area outside used during the day just for our apartment. The beaches are very clean with the small to bigger stones (water shoes recommened since sometimes the stones are sharp). There was quite a lot fish in the water, sea shells (but almost no sea urchins). Beaches not overloaded by people. We also traveled with our dog, there is dog beach about 15 min far. I also took my dog to the water in the morning and in the evening at the not so crowded beach areas outside the official dog place and it was OK (and from what I saw also quite common at Peroj). I would definitely recommend this place and we would love to be back one day.

Exceptional

Great place! Apartments has everything you need for comfortable stay, probably except one thing- washing machine🙂 Kitchen has all you need, everything is very clean, excellent soundproof, good air conditioner. Very close to the beach - 5 minutes walk. Personal is very friendly. We got a bottle of wine as a complement when we left.

There’s nothing to complain. Families with small children under 5 years should keep in mind that apartments on the second floor has wide handrails - the child without supervision could fall out.

Relaxing and comfortable stay for 6 adults, thank you!

Loved the quiet semi rural location and the close proximity to a very quiet and clean beach. Basic necessities such as a bar on the beach, bakery and food shop were walking distance. Comfortable and spacious, well thought out flat that had everything needed for a comfy stay. Walk in wardrobe and pantry, massive fridge/freezer, electric gril, kitchen well stocked with crockery etc and cleaning products/wc paper provided. Owner and other staff very helpful and friendly, great customer service and communication. Would love to return here one day.

Beautiful place. 2 minutes to the sea. Very pleasant welcome Easy parking. Choice of pebble or rocky beach. Availability of regular grocery shopping nearby. Excellent kitchen equipment.

Very kind administrator, fluent in English. She prepared even anti-mosquito candles. The whole apartment was clean and well equipped. Exactly as in the description and on the photos. We really enjoyed the large terrace with the view on the sea on the 1st floor. The village Peroj is quiet and rather without many attractions. But there is a long small-stone beach just 2 mins from the apartment and 3km further there is Fazana with many restaurants and other facilities. You can get there by car or by bike riding the promenade by the sea.

There are two bicycles to share with all guests. They could be better prepared as one was a collapsible bicycle which was usable but not very comfortable and the second bike had flat tires.

Perfect stay

The location and the view from the terrace is fantastic. The apartment is well equipped and very cozy. And Ana is the best host. She answered every question, looked after a bike. And there was even a farewell gift. I always like to come here.

Nothing, everything was perfect.
