Clean and well-equipped room. Staff were friendly. Shower had good pressure. Location, although not in city centre, is very convenient with bus stops just outside the hotel. Bus 9 took us to and from city centre while bus 7 took us to and from the Central Train station.
Nearby is an Italian restaurant (Lunik) if you crave for a good and hot plate of pasta. 5-10mins walk from the hotel.

Our stay at the Mercure was excellent. Luxembourg was our final stop and the Mercure provided a perfect stay for us to rest up for the long flight home.
I’d like to address the ease of the bus system in Luxembourg as the hotel staff explained it to us and we were able to move around the city with such ease.

the staff was incredibly sweet and helpful, and extremely accommodating. The room is perfect and the area is quiet. the bus stop is right in front of the hotel so you can get to the center in minutes. The food was delicious too.

This is a beautifully stylish clean and modern hotel. I was on a solo trip and felt extremely safe and comfortable.

I enjoyed my stay at the Mercure. Lovely room ... wine available in the bar ... small fridge and there is a grocery store within 20 minute walk. Public transportation is free and there is a #9 bus stop in front of the hotel which goes to the train station.

Slick and comfortable, easy checkin, polite staff; it's a bit far from the city center but Luxembourg has free public transportation and you can get there in no time in bus or tramway.

Very clean hotel and newly renovated. Our room temperature gauge didn’t seem to work no matter what setting we chose. Other than that, great hotel

Cute property, but you have to drive to town or take a free bus in front of the hotel. NO PARKING AT THE HOTEL. And you have to pay on the street with a 3 hour limit so that wasn’t convenient

Very helpful staff, a good, comfortable and convenient hotel for Luxembourg. The hotel is off Kirchberg but with Lux's very convenient (and free) bus & tram service its very easy to get everywhere. The bar area was good, my room was very spacious, clean and well maintained.

Room was very modern and clean. Size was OK for two, not big but didn't feel too small. Staff was very kind. Bus stop is just out of the door, and is 5m to the old town

Great room, clean and updated. Really enjoyed the time spent here. Close to a bus stop which is convienent to get around. Would definitely stay here again and reccomend to anyone looking for a nice, affordable stay in LUX

A beautiful modern hotel a little bit out of the way of the city centre, but has a bus stop literally at the front door for free and frequent access to the city.
A comfortable stay and very friendly staff at reception, bar and breakfast room.
Restaurants in the area are also lovely and friendly, with the Asian restaurant across the street highly recommended.

Excellent breakfast, helpful staff, spacious room. The hotel is beautifully maintained, buses on doorstop, though not close to convenient shops.

Nice, comfortable and very clean.
It was weird that the shower area didn't have a door and it faced the flor to ceiling wrap aroumd windows. Other than that it was great! Good breakfast, helpful staff.

Decent hotel but horrible service. Staff entered our room at 8am without knocking or announcing while we were sleeping despite having a noon checkout. The managers in the reception blamed it all on poor cleaning maids instead of taking responsibility and arguing with me.

Great location, comfortable, modern. I could do with bathroom doors for privacy. While our receptionist on Saturday night was excellent, we were not so impressed with the customer service at check-out. The receptionist was obviously very upset with kids being kids!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a much nicer area than the pictures indicate. You can literally step outside and catch the number 7 or 9 bus to the city - which is free and a short ride.
