We absolutely loved the hotel! The staff is amazing, and very accommodating. We celebrated my husband's 40th birthday and they truly made it unforgettable.

Fouquets (formerly Hotel Barriere - Carl Gustaf) has been one of our favorite St. Barths destinations. Great hotel, staff, views and location, with excellent on -site dining with BeefBar, it definitely earns its 5-star rating!
