Excellent location on a quiet back road next to a small river, yet walking distance to many affordable local restaurants which serve Vietnamese specialties of Hoi An and also some western food. Within bicycling distance of the the main town, the old town, the beach, and the rice fields. A free bicycle was provided which made my stay very enjoyable.
The room was very clean, comfortable, bright, and had a beautiful balcony surrounded by trees with chairs and a sink with eating utensils. Water, coffee, and tea were provided free. Excellent bathroom with the strongest water pressure I've ever experienced in South East Asia. Anne and Trung were excellent hosts, very knowledgeable of the local area and always ready to help with anything I needed. I love this place!

Very nice and comfortable stay. This was my second time and I will return again without any hesitation. Hosts are very nice and helpful. I love the location as it is far enough from the village for peace and quiet but also so close to everything just a bike or Grab scooter ride away along the river, through town or the rice fields.
