The hotel was clean, that’s about the only nice thing I can say. Received a call from the proprietor when we were about 20 minutes away stating they had to cancel our room. Then received another call stating they could put us in another room. The rooms are falling apart. Scrapes in the wall, towel holder falling off the wall, electrical outlets coming out of the wall. No cable tv (as advertised), no coffee or breakfast (also as advertised), bed was very uncomfortable. Just glad I didn’t book the whole long weekend as originally planned.

Hotel does not have a pool as listed, and during “breakfast hours” the room where breakfast is supposedly served was locked. Very poor.

This hotel was disgusting. Pictures were misleading and come to my room to find nothing but hair all over the furniture, in the bathroom, and sheets. That is not the only found in sheets, I also found bed bugs after lying down. There was quite a few of them. I called the front desk who acted surprised, they tried to put me in the adjacent room, I had to leave it was so disgusting and infested. This place needs a health check.

I’ve stayed here before and loved it but this time it’s off season and it wasn’t good.No hot water,mattresses all over the property outside(sketchy) and breakfast sandwich had mold on it.No creamer or milk for coffee or sugar

I had a great time. The room was very comfortable. Great view and there was Uber Service. Plenty of restaurants and things to do. Can’t wait to go back.

The staff we interacted with was friendly. However, upon entering our room it almost looked like the staff left mid cleaning. There were cleaning supplies left out, the sheets were a bit dirty, and we weren’t sure if the pile of towels on the microwave were clean or not.

It was disappointing. Not what I was hoping for. There were cockroaches everywhere. The bed was small, more like a double, not a queen. The good thing was they refunded my money.

The room we stayed in was not remodeled or updated as the description states. The toilet paper holder had been ripped of the wall, no hand soap at all, the tv stand was missing a full drawer and the light switch in the bathroom didn’t work! The room had not be cleaned well as right behind the door was a past tenant’s belongings! We would NOT recommend or stay here again.

I loved the location. The building inside and outside needed repairs and upgrades. I think the management did the best they could with limited resources. The outdoor stairs need leveling. The inside ceiling looked poorly repaired. They need to provide more soap. The sink didn't drain properly.

This hotel is filthy. There are dirty mattresses all over the property, the cleaning people just sit on the beds they just made and probably didn’t wash. I arrived got a room and the sheets were so gross I went back to get a new room. They gave me a new room, I walked in the room was still dirty and beds were not made from the night before. 3rd room also gross so I got ready for a wedding as I was running out of time and ended up driving home that night because there was no way I was sleeping in that gross hotel. This place should be closed down!

It is right across from lake Winnisquam in Tilton, NH which is a great view. On the negative side it is right on a busy road with lots of traffic and road noise.

First room was full of black mold a heavy musty smell, requested and was provided second room which had very heavy cigarette odor even though it was a non-smoking room. Appears to be a homeless shelter. We decided to go elsewhere.

The guy at reception needs to show more interest in his guests. Simple requests appear to be a hassle for him. The breakfast is very minimal and our room was very small for two people. There are safety issues returning when it is dark as the exterior lights are not turned on and you have to walk up a ramp to a darkened entrance.

We understand that the owner is new but these rooms are not ready yet for guests. The air conditioner was severely rusted with parts missing and filthy. Towels are like gauze and need to be replaced. Bedding is not up to par and I’m sure the coverlet on top is not changed between customers. Hope the new owners fix the conditions….

Expedia should not described this property as a hotel. Lacking a lot of things , pictures misleading. Busy main Road outside and dangerous to access the property beach. Room facilities poor , Breakfast poor , management not friendly and lack basic hosting skills. Would not recommend

Very quaint little inn. Adequate amenities: towels, soaps, lotion, mini-fridge, microwave, TV, free wifi, free breakfast. The staff is very nice and checking in and out was a breeze.

The room we were given was nothing like the photos online. Apparently the room we prebooked was damaged but they never called to update us. The room reeked like cigarettes, was dirty and run down. The only savior is they gave us a refund so we could go find something else.

Unknown white powdered substance spread sporadically on carpet. Copper and brown smears on the white linens. Horrible smells. Small space very small bathroom surface area. Shower stall was dingy and with mildew stains. One hole in the door entering into our unit. No deadbolt in our unit.

Property was unkept. Trash/cigarette butts overflowing out in the parking lot. Waffle maker was very dirty. Carpet had coffee stains.Kitchen counter top not secure and went into the bathroom doorway so you can't close the door. Deck boards rotted,picnic table needs paint,very old. Ice machine empty..

The carpeting and walls throughout the building had more stains than a daycare center. The room was dirty and full of bugs. We opted to do what we had gone to the area for and drive home at 1 in the morning rather than spend the night there.
