View was great. Service is great too. Overall the hotel is pretty good in all aspects.
Just that the air conditioning is not cold at all. The experience will be much better if the air conditioning is cold enough. Temperature of the air conditioning is set at 16 to 20 degrees throughout because no matter how we adjusted the controller, it still feels like 25 degrees in general. The control to the air conditioning did not affect the room temperature at all. it feels like its a fixed controlled temperature through out the whole building itself. Can be exceptionally hot in summer when you just have a fun day at the beach under the hot sun.

From the moment the driver picked me up from the airport the service only got better !1 Long was an amazing source of helpful information , do yourself a favor and stay here!!!

Fantastic hotel right across the street from the beach. Pool on the 22nd floor is really nice. We stayed in rooms that faced the ocean. Staff is super friendly and very helpful organizing tours. Big shout out to the bellhop Long who organized a great tour for us to Khe Sanh, Vinh Moc and Ben Hai.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful right from the start. Pool was being fixed so couldn’t enjoy it but that’s not a big deal. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious

amazing stay in this hotel. Our rooms were beach front facing, and had a gorgeous view of the beach. Full set of amenities provided. Lots of convenience store and food nearby. The hotel location is very strategic, and if you are adventurous to walk the roads behind the hotel, you can find smaller shops there selling food and drinks at competitive prices.

Do drop by the infinity pool at level 22. That's highest part of the hotel and comes with a spectacular view for sunrise

Bell service ( Dragon ) is very helpful and hard working. Breakfast staff are very friendly and one of the best team we have encountered in Vietnam.
We are let down by the front desk because she is not flexible enough to allow to check into a beach front.
Early morning always awaken by very noisy and loud rolling sounds. Not sure what’s that and very unusual.

We are very surprised during check in that we have to pay extra for sea view.
They should have annotated in Hotel.com so that we know this in advance.
Concierge service is excellent and the bell boy/driver - Dragon is very helpful and reliable.

Free parking included in the garage. Right next to the beach. Hotel was clean and spacious but had some trouble with the air conditioning, it worked but seemed to take a long time to cool down. The bathroom was spacious and bed was comfortable

the hotel is located right opposite the beach. all the food places and attractions we went to were just a short grab ride away. the pool was a major letdown. it had a great view but the water was super salty like seawater. my kids love pools but we only spent 10 mins here in our 3 night stay.

I liked the beachfront room as the sea facing view was relaxing and therapeutic.

Hotel is located across the street from a nice beach. It’s a busy tourist area. Lots of restaurants and nightlife.
Rooftop pool is a nice plus. Buffet food and restaurant aren’t the best but not bad by any means.

The staff are superb. Ms Ly on reception was lovely, kind and helpful and the man that brought our luggage to the room was super friendly. Everything is brand new in the hotel and the room and bathroom were perfect. The breakfast was excellent as well with great variety. I recommend this hotel and would certainly stay there again. Next time i will make sure i ask for a room with a good view! Thankyou very much :)

I suggest you change enough money before your stay. During our stay the fire alarm went off at night. There were no procedure to be follow to evacuate guests and no explanation. All staffs were talking with themselves in their languages. We asked them what’s the problem they told us it was ok just someone press the alarm button. However after they gave us this explanation the alarm went off again. So clearly it was a lie. At the end we wait at the lobby for one hour just to make sure it settle down and nothing will happen. The staffs are generally helpful but how they handle the fire alarm situation was very poor.

New hotel with clean, spacious, modern bedroom/bathroom. Hotel staff were very welcoming/friendly. Great location opposite the beach with easy access into the town centre/river area. Would recommend.

The view was gorgeous from our rooms and the pool. Free breakfast buffet was a added bonus and had great delicious options. Would stay here again!

Brand new hotel! The pool is stunning and we found that the best time of day was to relax up there first thing in the morning. The room was clean and spacious and with a fantastic ocean view. Delicious breakfast with lots of variety. We were also grateful for the free airport transfer service. Great location if you want to be by the beach - we didn’t go into the main centre of Da Nang as we just wanted to be at the beach, and there are lots of restaurants nearby with fantastic, fresh seafood. The only downside was that the spa wasn’t opened yet and the hotel didn’t have many nearby recommendations or deals that we could make use of for neighbouring hotels. Nonetheless we didn’t struggle to find other spas to go to, and I’m sure the Maximilian spa will be lovely once opened (like the rest of the hotel!) Also, perhaps the staff could consider changing the music at the pool - pumping top 40 songs at 8am really isn’t necessary when the view is so peaceful! The staff were happy to turn the music down (several guests requested this!) but in general it would probably be better not to blast music so early in the morning. These were very minor issues and no doubt come with being a new hotel, and they didn’t affect our overall view that the hotel was fantastic and we would be more than happy to stay again. The staff were lovely and always happy to help- always greeting you and wishing you a nice day.
