It wasn’t bad for the price.

It's an older hotel but very nice and clean. Management was a very nice, helpful and plesent man. I would stay there again

Other than the cigarette smell it was quiet

The front desk worker made my day!

We couldn't even lock our bedroom door and the shower kept leaking and the top lock in the door didn't anymore

The hotel looked super sketchy. Room was okay. It wasn't dirty but the exterior looked like crap. It would be a great place to shoot a cop show where they find a dead informant.

Very dirty

This place is a basic as it gets but clean enough. It’s just still stuck in the 80’s. Zero amenities, just a place to sleep.

Hotel was extremely run down but you get what you pay for.

Definitely a little dated and the area where it is a little sketchy overnight, but the manager was awesome and the room was clean and comfortable. Good value for the money

An older motel with not many amenities. Close to grocery and bus lines

We experienced several issues with this motel that would lead us to advise against staying here. First of all, the room was unsanitary. We woke up with multiple bed bug bites. Secondly, the shower was terrible. The shower head was quite low for a person of average height and the stream was weak. Lastly, the front desk is not regularly staffed. When we arrived to check in, we had to doorbell multiple times and wait a while for someone to show up. When we called the front desk to cancel a reservation we had made for another night, no one answered the phone. Worst motel/hotel experience ever.

I honestly feel that this was the most run-down place that I've ever stayed. The toilet worked and there was running water. The towels looked clean and they provided two little bars of complimentary soap. But the tub was really gross (very obviously uncleaned and still wet) and the sink spout didn't have an aerator so the water just sprayed all over the place. There was hair on the round table by the window, and I walked into cob webs when I tried to stand close to the mirror in the interior corner of the room. There were flies, which I realize can't really be helped, but there were also ants. Fortunately, there were no bedbugs or roaches (that I could see). They issued an actual, old-school key, and my top lock (bolt) didn't even engage, at least with the key from the outside.
Positives: TV, refrigerator, microwave, a/c, right next to a 7-11 (thank goodness - needed my coffee), A-Line bus stop right in front, friendly keeper.
Negatives: not well-kept, unclean, sporadically loud refrigerator, weak wifi signal, still using actual keys instead of key cards, floor was broken in parts, ALL doors (for room entry, closet, and bathroom) were very sticky and had to be pushed or pulled open/closed very forcefully.
All of this said, I wasn't about to pay $200/night for any of the other hotels in the area, even if they did provide shuttle service to/from the airport. You get what you pay for. This is all I needed for the time I was staying.

The morning manager double booked most of the rooms, I found out by the evening manager, when I showed up that the Expedia reservation customers take priority, therefore I did not have a room.

This property looks like newly listed on Hotels.com with very few reviews and ratings. It is a mistake from my side to book this hotel based on those good ratings. The condition of the hotel is terrible with broken door locks, cigarette burns on bedsheets and whatnot. I am attaching the pictures with this message so that one can get a clear idea. To add to the problem, the front desk did not have my name in the guest list - I literally had to fight with the front desk guy John to convince him that I have a fully paid reservation for 2 nights booked via hotels.com! This hotel is only suitable for walk-ins and ideally should not cost you more than 50 bucks but I paid $84 per night. There are lots of good hotels in the vicinity if you pay little extra.

AVOID THIS MOTEL unless you want to get bitten by BED BUGS

They didn't rent us a room. The manager said they ran out of rooms at 6:00 a.m. the morning the paid reservation was done. It was made at approximately 10:00 a.m. that morning. They had no information on the rental or a record of the confirmation number. We had all the information for them. We had to go find a different place to sleep.

It's a budget motel and it delivers on its promises. Don't except amenities (BYO soap/shampoo) or even coffee in the morning. However, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the front desk clerk was friendly. Lots of traffic noise and overhead jet noise from Seattle airport, but you'd find that at most hotels in the area. An easy drive to Angle Lake light rail station.

There was not actually a stay. Once I arrived at the hotel, the room I was supposed to take was being fixed and I couldn't use it. The hotel desk was kind enough to try to fix the issue but, as he couldn't, I had to find myself another hotel nearby.

It's a decent motel for working out of town. I'd definitely stay there again for the price, but the room's could be a little cleaner and room service could definitely improve. I'd recomend on the weekly price alone can't be beat..and the owner is petty cool.

Just needed a bed to crash for a few hours and price was extremely low so I don't complain. The room was... sort of clean, I didn't see anything terribly wrong to make me leave. It did smell quite smokey. The curtains were very filthy, looked like blood splatter or smth. Carpet with large stains. The AC buttons were sticky. There was a small suspicious orange spot on the top sheet. I found a nail clipping on the bed. Otherwise sheets were ok. Mattress was ok. Pillows were small and cheap. No bugs! Toilet/shower seemed clean, but I didn't dare to use it. There was a bullet hole in the mirror. Maybe someone got murdered in the room before me, idk. There's only one power outlet in the whole room at the side wall next to a trash can. Low flying and very loud planes every 2 min over the property until about 10pm, ear plugs do only so much. Homeless camp right at the entrance to the hotel. It's the kind of room you sleep fully clothed in and don't touch anything and get ready to jump out of the bathroom window at moment notice haha. Extremely narrow parking spots. For the price I had no regrets though. The owner was friendly and always available, check-in was easy. This hotel is probably not up to Expedia quality standards but it kind of matches of what a dump Seattle has become in recent years where even $150/night hotels there aren't much better, and I stayed in a quite a few recently, so if I'm not getting much I'd rather pay little to being with and stay in this hotel again.

Minimalist hotel, you get what you pay for (and the price was good). It was functional, near airport, across from a Safeway, big TV, cable, microwave fridge were a plus. No overt issues, but older bathroom, furniture. I liked the firm mattress. Manager asked if I wanted clean towels each day, asked if I needed anything, etc. So if review is not more enthusiastic, it's only because it was an inexpensive motel, not because of any major issue.

Efficient check in. Older motel with limited amenities. Free wifi available. A bit noisy as older insulation doesn't filter the airport noise or street noise.

The layout of the room was weird. Really bad lighting. No ice maker on site.
It was nice that all the units are ground floor. The heater cranked, which was nice.
No venetian blinds just heavy vinyl curtains. If you want privacy it's total blackout.
5.0
Charming, no frills motel. If you've seen Schitt's Creek, you'll understand how charming a place like this can be. The staff was entirely one person, and he was very kind and accommodating.

Place was a dump.

The only bad thing is the water pressure in the bathroom sink. Water ran very hot, but almost no pressure from tap. Shower was fine, as was literally everything else. No complaints at all, and we will definitely be back.

Dirty dirty dirty. Rude, After seeing the room we didn’t want to stay there and they did not give us a refund. We ended up staying somewhere else and paying for both rooms
