Close to city, clean, and recently renovated room. Good price.

We found out It was scary and rundown area, the hotel looks new, we so worried We tried to called the hotel for couple hours for late check-in no one answered, but when we got there we saw only 1 people working at the front, we got the room 3rd floor facing the road, heard the car running all night,the parking very limited, we never go back there again.

We were told we could check in at 11 we sat in the lobby until 2:30 . The staff didn’t apologize at all . The lobby was dirty I was there for a few days and no one swept floors wiped tables at all they allow smoking to close to the door . The restaurant staff was pleasant they didn’t speak English that well but we managed thanks to google translate app. The food however not that good . When I arrived I had to put down a 200.09 deposit down on top of paying fur my room upfront when I was picked up at the airport they picked me up at the wrong arrival the van was filthy just a torn sign that says hotel name he was pleasant but if your representative of a company have pride take ownership . I would describe the whole decor filthy . When I dropped of my key he said. What room I told him he said ok I had to ask about my deposit . No thank you nothing I would never recommend this place to anyone

Music from bar went on until 3 AM. Shades on windows fell down and lights from outside made sleeping a bit difficult. Breakfast was flat fee and very limited. Over priced.

We stayed there this past weekend. We arrived a little early on Saturday and were able to check in. The room was very nice, clean, comfortable. The shower and toilet have “frosted” doors, which weren’t completely frosted, so it was slightly awkward if someone was using the sink and another needed the toilet or shower. We were out for the night Saturday and returned around midnight to find no parking available. The hotel restaurant was busy, so cars were parked in every free space that was found. We thankfully found a small space near a dumpster. That would be our only issue! Location worked for us and the front desk staff was great.

The offer stated that there was a free airport-hotel shuttle. So I ordered. However, this option was only valid for Newark airport and not for JFK airport. Unfortunately it was no longer possible to cancel.
The contact details also lack an email address and/or a WhatsApp telephone number. As a foreigner, making contact was very difficult.

The room was fair, but the towels were not to my liking, they were not clean!!! the shower spill water to the floor and there was not a towel mat.

I will be honest when I looked at some of the reviews prior to checking in I was nervous. The reason why I chose this particular hotel was for convenience and transportation to NYC. The receptionist mentioned to me that I could get a shuttle from airport and there was a 3rd party shuttle to NYC. I tried to call ahead a couple of times to reserve a shuttle but had to call again when I landed to let them know I arrived and she mentioned it would take an hour so I wasn’t pleased with that. A few minutes later she called me and said she would send someone in a mini van . They came in about 35 min. When I arrived at hotel I expected to check in early and she mentioned that it would be a $75 fee. I declined and left my things in luggage room that they provide and requested shuttle to nyc. Shuttle was supposed to come at 11:25 but was running late and didn’t come until an hour later. We took shuttle back from city at 8:30 and when I checked into my room the room was clean and nice. Next morning we booked shuttle again and it was on time same with the evening I came back to a clean and warm room and I was pleased with the rest of the stay.

The linen is atrocious and needs to be replaced. There were no hand towels or bath mats.The carpet is so old and worn and smells. They have a sink, but nothing to dry any dishes.The food from the dining room was below average. Over all I would not recommend staying at this property.

Too expensive and no room service, no breakfast, no possibility to come back, I can understand the market but pay more thank 400 per night for that service and place is insane.

This was one of the worst properties we have ever stayed at they wouldn't even provide wash towels with their showers they had no restaurant of inequality at the hotel the hotel floors were absolutely dirty it is not a very hospitable Hotel the staff is very rude

Overall, the stay was comfortable, but the room was terribly misrepresented. The photos are NOT AT ALL what was received. We had to ask for a refrigerator, none of the televisions worked initially, and the available dishes were limited with no way to clean them after use. It was as if they took a single room and just added an open room to it and called it a suite. The young lady at the desk during the day was extremely helpful and polite, but the man at the front desk in the evening was rude and uninterested in helping at all. Once they replaced the TV and brought in a larger refrigerator it was more suitable for 4 people and we made it work but overall the hotel seemed unprepared and some staff was unwilling to even offer help. Again, the photos DO NOT represent what you're getting if you pay for a suite.

Location is very good. About 30 from Newark Airport, and close to Lincoln Tunnel. Can get into Manhattan pretty quickly.
Room was pretty good, but they are stingy with their towels, and don't have house cleaning come to the room at all.
Free shuttle from airport is great.
Basically decent, and pretty inexpensive way to stay close to Manhattan.

The manager was not friendly at all but his staff helped where they could. Main problem with that hotel was that the rooms were connected indoors from one room to the other by a door. All what was between you and your neighbours was not a wall as per usual but only a door !! As you can imagine you could hear everything from any neighbour next to you which did not give you privacy.at all.. and on top you could not open any windows and all that for 250 USd a night. Really not nice.

Location was excellent, bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable, staff was friendly. Now, parking on the second level has an access door to the elevator and the card key reader doesn’t work!! We were able to open it by just pushing, which was a bit concerning since anyone could get direct access into the hotel/rooms. Another thing, the room layout was very awkward. You walk into the bathroom which is also the “common area” of the room. One door to the left is the toilet and on the right, the shower (both glass doors with no lock). The door to the toilet doesn’t even fully close so every time one of us had to use the bathroom, the other had to get into the side with the bed and close the sliding door to have a bit of privacy. It was just not ideal. Just something to keep in mind!
Overall, I would recommend staying here for location, and how comfy the beds are!

The typical continental break fest you are served at every other hotel ( they literally all get the food from the same distributor ) was charged for. I find this appalling especially since nothing was refrigerated and kept sanitary. Id say to stay somewhere else because the area sucks.
