Friendly staffs assisted with check in quickly and they arrested always prompt in assistance whenever necessary. The hotel provide free self service laundry, you only need to pay for the dryer usage.
There are 3 different sizes of private onsen which you can use 1pax, 2-3pax, 3-4pax. Usage time is limited to 30mins per session. There is also a men and women onset for usage if you do not want to wait.
In the evening the hotel provide free ramen for their guests from 10pm-11pm.
Overall a very nice hotel with good facilities and friendly staffs.

The front desk staff were not the friendliest or the most helpful. Checking in was not the best experience. The room we originally ordered was supposed to have one double bed, but it had two single (tiny) beds pushed together with a board between them. We asked to change to a better room and were charged extra for a larger room with two double beds. (not big) The breakfast was very good and the restaurant staff were great. The location was good. The hotel was very busy and perhaps that is why the staff was stressed. The view we had in our second room was great.
