What a fabulous hotel. Clean, huge room, great facilities and the staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful building and in a safe area - not that I saw anywhere in Turin that was unsafe.
Less than 5 mins from the train station that goes direct to the airport or Porta Susa station in the city centre. 10 mins from an Aldi supermarket if you need anything.
When I come back to Turin, this is the only place I will want to stay.

I had to clean the fan they provided me. The A/c can’t be turned on until end of May. It has dust in the fan blades and covers. The overheads compartment were dusty and also the top edge of the bathroom door, which I hang my towel because there is no where to hang it.

Beautiful hotel, interesting decor, delicious breakfast. It was a little far from city centre (over an hour walk) but close to a train and bus station

Very good experience. The desk workers were attentive to my needs and promptly solved problems.
My oversight was not seeing if the room had a microwave. That was my fault.
